It was a great day for the Liquigas team. Daniele Bennati is finally back to his former race winning self and took the sprint at Tirreno-Adriatico, beating Petacchi, Eisel, Farrar and the many other sprinters. With his win and his good placings in earlier stages, Bennati now leads the race.

But that's not all for the green guys, the year's revelation so far, Peter Sagan (pictured above), won his second stage at Paris-Nice and did it with style. He followed the wheel of someone who tried to escape then attacked on the last little climb of the day and held off the rest of the field to win solo. Roman Kreuziger is still 3rd overall while leading Sagan in the young jersey competition. Sagan also leads the points competition.
