Classic cross in France

Today's World Cup in Nommay didn't bring any surprises: A strong Lars Boom outsprinted Sven Nys, Wellens chased to third and North Americans were faaaaar behind. In the women's race, again not much surprises which means North Americans fared a lot better. Compton wins followed by World Champion Hanka Kupfernagel again and Georgia Gould performed as everyone knew she could by rounding out the podium on her first World Cup race in a long time.

No bike for me today, I'm entering an easier week which will see a reduced cycling volume to give me enough time to rest, eat, go visit families and hopefully snowboard some, it's been snowing a lot lately and it's pounding currently.

I was able to catch the last lap, pretty sweet stuff between Boom and Nys.
